Reply with quote | #1 | celia,
looks like i have another problem with our a2zmanager
Been pulled by a customer audit, for items on the calibration lrecall ist not been displayed correctly.
Some of the items on our weekly recall list are out of calibration by the date, but the activity condition on the list says "in calibration".
When you look at the actual activity condition for the asset it does say "out of calibration", but its just not been displayed on the printed report.
Yes some are been displayed correctly in the asset and on the list.
Need this amending, as the customer wants to see the corrected list.
Must be a small bug somewhere.
cheers

Reply with quote | #2 | Not a bug but a time saving feature! On large databases using slow PC's and slow network connections you can switch off the update activity condition status. It is not possible to say why this has been switched off in your database but it is easily changed using the system administration menu. Select 9. System 3. System Configuration 2. Management Activities then check the Update Status box and Save. Re- run your recall report and send to your customer.
