EXCEL certificate templates

Microsoft OFFICE EXCEL can now be used to prepare printed calibration certificate templates - in addition to Microsoft Office WORD. Although EXCEL has to be used to create the templates, Microsoft OFFICE does not have to be installed on the workstation running A2Z MANAGER. These templates enable a complete UKAS type of calibration certificate to be generated using the inspection results recorded in A2Z MANAGER with a single button-click. An example is attached.

looks like i have another problem with our a2zmanager

Been pulled by a customer audit, for items on the calibration lrecall ist not been displayed correctly.

Some of the items on our weekly recall list are out of calibration by the date, but the activity condition on the list says "in calibration".

When you look at the actual activity condition for the asset it does say "out of calibration", but its just not been displayed on the printed report.

Yes some are been displayed correctly in the asset and on the list.

Need this amending, as the customer wants to see the corrected list.

Must be a small bug somewhere.

interval analysis

Looking for some software for interval analysis on some of our measuring equipment.

I need to make sure that we are achieving a 95% reliability target every 12 weeks.

Was hoping there was something quick and easy to help out.

Anything you can suggest.

QCWIN due date correction

QCWIN due date calculation error

This error only occurs when the most recent calibration is an external calibration.
There is a specific sequence to recreate it.
Select any gauge and look at the issues tab in the RHS window.
Without changing the tab, move to a gauge where the most recent calibration is external by double clicking on the gauge record to open the edit window.
Click the exit button. The due date will have changed.
To repair this due date, click on the calibrations Tab in the RHS window. Click the Edit button or double click on the gauge to open the Edit Window. Click Exit.
QCWIN VERSION 2.205 will correct this error. Please contact me for details on how to upgrade advising me of your current version.

a2zmanager results not saving

hiya,

I have an instance where when you enter the results for a calibration record the results will not save, and the results tick box will remain empty.

The last two entrys now have empty calibration results and they cannot be entered at all.

Six other entrys for the same item have their results shown correctly.

Any ideas?

hiya all,

Is there and way that you can add a scan of calibration certificate and add it to the calibration tab.

We are trying to reduce the amount of paperwork around the office and this would be a good way of reducing it.

Plus the cert would be on file linked to the item for when auditors are round.

MSAnalyst - potential for more worksheets

Our MSAnalyst software currently covers the mean and range study for the Variable R & R together with EMP, Attribute studies, linearity,bias and stability studies.

I would like to know if there is a demand for the ANOVA method variable RandR study.

I welcome your responses and some information on whether you are an existing MSAnalyst user or a potential customer. MSAnalyst can be either Pay-as-you-go or a full software package.
